Oleg Fishelev is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Unimatic Group, where he is responsible for the company’s long-term strategy and the development of technology-driven industrial solutions. His work focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, strengthening management systems, and adapting industrial operations to changing market conditions.
Oleg holds a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering from Ural Federal University. In 2018, he completed an MBA at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where he concentrated on strategic leadership, organizational development, and modern management practices.
He joined Unimatic at an early stage of his professional career and gained practical experience across multiple areas of the business, including production operations, project coordination, and internal process management. During this period, Oleg played an active role in implementing digital systems that helped optimize workflows and improve operational transparency. In 2018, ownership of the company was transferred to him as part of a planned generational transition from the founder, Igor Fishelev.
Since 2021, Oleg has focused on expanding domestic manufacturing capabilities, developing CNC equipment for educational purposes, and supporting training initiatives aimed at preparing skilled specialists for the industrial sector. Alongside his core business activities, he maintains a strong interest in software development, game engines, and 3D modeling technologies, exploring their potential applications in industrial and educational environments.
